Job Summary/Objective

The Presales Solution Professional Cloud & Infra & ITM provides specialized technical and solution support within the presales cycle focusing on Microsoft Infrastructure and Modern Workplace technologies such as Azure Microsoft 365 Intune and SharePoint. The role contributes to identifying The Technical Sales Professional Architect is responsible for qualifying and leading cross-functional technical proposals received from Sales and Marketing teams. This role focuses primarily on Modern Work and IT Management (ITM) solutions ensuring that all proposed architectures are secure scalable and aligned with customer business and operational objectives.


The role also supports Cloud Infrastructure and Virtualization solutions as required collaborating across business units to deliver integrated competitive and delivery-ready proposals.


Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity Qualification & Technical Assessment

Review and technically qualify leads from Sales and Marketing.

Conduct discovery sessions to understand business operational security and compliance requirements.

Define solution scope assumptions dependencies risks and high-level effort estimation.

Solution Architecture & Design (Primary Focus)

Design and architect Modern Work solutions (Microsoft 365 Teams Entra ID Intune Collaboration platforms).

Architect IT Management solutions (Monitoring Patch Management Device Management ITSM integration Automation).

Ensure integration across Identity Security Endpoint and Productivity ecosystems.

Validate sizing licensing alignment and compliance with architectural standards.

Cross-Functional Proposal Management

Lead end-to-end technical proposal development across multiple business units.

Coordinate with Cloud Infrastructure Cybersecurity and Managed Services teams when required.

Ensure BoM accuracy scope clarity and solution competitiveness.

Customer Engagement & Sales Enablement

Support client presentations workshops demos and technical discussions.

Contribute to pricing strategy and competitive positioning.

Technical Governance & Quality Assurance

Review and fine-tune solution designs to align with best practices and security frameworks.

Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks during the presales lifecycle.

Ensure consistency with organizational service catalog and architectural guidelines.






Requirements

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.

- Experience: 5 years in Solution Architecture Technical Sales or PreSales Engineering roles.

- Strong experience in Modern Work technologies (Microsoft 365 Entra ID Intune Teams SharePoint).

- Solid understanding of IT Management solutions (Endpoint Management Monitoring ITSM Automation).

- Knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure architectures (Azure Virtualization platforms).

- Understanding security integration within workplace and endpoint environments.

- Strong proposal leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

- Excellent communication presentation and documentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities effectively.

- Proven experience in customer-facing technical engagements and structured proposal development.
