A little bit about our team:
At Warner Music Philippines we are dedicated to breaking artists and driving cultural conversation across the Philippines and broader SEA region. Our Creator & Influencer team sits at the center of the label connecting the dots between our artists and the digital voices that move the needle. Youll be working closely with our Head of Creator Strategy and collaborating with a passionate group of specialists in Marketing A&R and Artist Relations. Your work will ensure our campaigns arent just seen but resonate deeply with fans while staying true to each artists unique vision
Your role:
As our Creator & Influencer Strategy Manager you are the hands-on architect of digital influence responsible for the creative execution and performance of our campaigns. This role is a perfect blend of high-level strategy and technical execution; youll be managing creator relationships one hour and optimizing real-time content performance the next. Youll feel the energy of a fast-paced environment where your work directly amplifies the reach of our world-class roster. Here youll get to:
You will manage relationships with key creators and influencer partners to deliver impactful campaigns that amplify artist reach.
You will support the Head of Creator Strategy in developing and executing cutting-edge content and influencer strategies.
You will oversee the planning creation and delivery of high-quality platform-specific content that aligns with artist brands.
You will collaborate closely with artists and their management to ensure content initiatives reflect their unique vision.
You will track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and drive fan engagement.
You will work cross-functionally with Marketing A&R and Press teams to integrate campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
You will identify content opportunities within artist schedules including releases tours and key cultural moments.
You will stay up to date with trends and best practices across creator platforms sharing insights with the wider team.
You will coordinate content production including briefs shoots and platform-specific optimization
About you:
You have strong experience working with content creators and managing influencer partnerships.
You will have a proven ability to execute multi-faceted content and influencer campaigns from start to finish.
You enjoy staying at the forefront of digital platforms content trends and audience engagement strategies.
You are passionate about music culture and the power of creative storytelling.
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate the needs of artists and stakeholders.
You will take a data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing content performance.
