ACG Hungary is currently searching for a passionate Digital Account Manager to join their team.

The Role

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to create long-term trusting relationships with our customers. As a core member of the team youll be involved in client pitches and the creation of class-leading digital products and campaigns as well as executing and improving agencies overall digital knowledge to help drive ACG forward. Digital Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

The Digital Account Manager will work closely with the Client Strategy Creative Development teams and UX teams.

The Responsibilities:

run and optimize internal process
take responsibility for the digital project team
possess strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
establish strong client relationships
improve margin and client happiness
Stay up to date with the newest digital trends
superb presentation skills in english as well

participate in data and automatization projects

But fulfilling these responsibilities is just as important as having:

a proven record in project management
understand current development technologies and opportunities
strong problem-solving skills
hands on knowledge in digital analytics (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics is a plus)
a can-do hands-on approach
excellent communication presentation and time management skills

the confidence to share your opinion and the respect to listen to othersbasic AI knowledge and usage
