Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Offers the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive enthusiastic helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members.
Keeps accurate records and files at pool control desk.
Escorts guest to chairs and place towels on chaise lounges for them.
Cleans and straightens chairs on deck.
Maintains pool area throughout the day continuously removing soiled towels and debris.
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guests wins.
Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm friendly verbal greeting.
Anticipates needs and provides fast flawless service.
Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.
Promotes Rewards programs and card membership.
Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
Other Duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

Diverse fast-paced deadline driven multi-project coordination prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

TARGET SALARY RANGE:

$15.92 Hourly
