DescriptionThe HR intern will support the CooperSurgical Global Human Resources team by helping to optimize the use of existing systems to improve efficiency and time management. This role will focus on identifying and implementing more effective ways of working so HR Business Partners can dedicate more time to client service and value-driven initiatives. The intern will also assist with analyzing employee data trends to support informed decision-making and proactive risk mitigation.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Teams; advanced skills preferred. Smartsheet experience is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent project management organizational and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Work Environment:
- Professional office setting.
- Ability to work on-site five (5) days a week at the Trumbull office.
- Paid internship position.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
Experience:
Not required; prior Internship experience is a plus.
