Key Responsibilities May Include:
Whatyou willdo:
Lead plant-wide health safety and environmental programs to meet regulatory and company standards.
Conduct safety auditsidentifyrisks and drive corrective actions.
Oversee and coach HSE supportstaff;partner with HR on performance and development.
Collaborate with plant leadership on safety strategy training and employee engagement.
Facilitaterootcauseinvestigations for incidents and near misses; implement preventive solutions.
Promote safety culture through meetings training and employee involvement.
Track and maintain HSE metrics and reporting requirements.
Ensuretimelycommunication and documentation of procedure updates.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure plant compliance with all state and federal HSE requirements.
Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate safety performance.
What you will Bring:
Bachelors degree in Environmental Health Safety Engineering or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience in an HSE role preferably in ahighvolumemanufacturing environment.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience implementing and managing HSE programs.
Strong knowledge of OSHA environmental regulations and incident investigation practices.
Excellent communicationproblemsolving andcriticalthinkingskills.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
English;Spanish a plus.

Compensation Statement:
The salary range for this position is $68000to $82000per ranges providedtake into accounta wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided.
