Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with guests and deliver a world-class buying experience
- Guide customers through vehicle selection and the purchasing process
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory features and technology
- Uphold Heritage Values and Standards in every interaction
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for serving others
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
