Job Summary
Business Finance Analyst Do you have experience in Financial Analysis and Human Services and want to work for a company that positively impacts the wellbeing of the individuals it serves In the Business Finance Analyst role you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by auditing all areas of the finance operations to discover inefficiencies and recommending improvements to the business : $70304 Annually**Hybrid Schedule - 1 day in office/4 remote. Must be flexible to be in office as needed.**Must be able to commute to Rancho Cucamonga Reporting - Performs monthly quarterly and annual analysis of financial results for the State Regions Areas and cost - Prepares financial plans in accordance with strategic plans and corporate Finance Liaison - Provides assistance to corporate finance and accounting staff with the development of systems and approaches that address company requirements and are responsive and sensitive to field needsUnderstand the business process management of the company to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the companys financial situationDesign an alternative business process workflow implement the solutions and supervise the execution processGet feedback/comments on alternative business process and act upon themStay up-to-date with developments in relevant software in the field Identify the areas for improvements and business issuesQualifications:Bachelor Degree in Finance or similar 3-5 years of related experience in Finance: reporting budgeting be highly organized and independentExceptional attention to detail and communication skillsLearn the strengths and weaknesses of the companys financial situation investigate data and implement solutionsAdvanced in Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Table etc.)Knowledge of Power BIiServe Smartsheet Sales Force Dayforce Zycus experience is a plusVBA experienceGAAP experienceWhy Join Us Full-time position (40 hours/week) Hybrid ScheduleFull compensation/benefits package plus401(k) with company Paid time off and holiday -Demand Pay-get paid for the days you work without waiting for payday!
