Role Summary

Were looking for an experienced Senior Manager to drive the design and delivery of a critical pillar within our Procurement transformation this high-impact role youll be the design owner and delivery architect for your pillarfacilitating stakeholder workshops to shape the target operating model holding the pen on design documentation and maintaining governance and change control throughout. Acting as an internal consultant youll bring external insight and best practice to challenge thinking ensure quality and drive real business value.

This is a hands-on leadership position where youll manage everything from roadmap development and benefits tracking to day-to-day delivery and business readiness for launch. Youll chair key meetings coordinate transformation updates and work across all levels of the organisation to keep your pillar on track within the broader Operating Model Transformation. Success requires someone who combines strategic thinking with operational delivery excellencesomeone who can navigate complexity build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and maintain momentum in a fast-paced evolving environment.

What youll do

• Working with sponsors and stakeholders facilitate and document a clear detailed design behind capabilities within the Procurement target operating model. Hold the pen on pillar design control and govern changes to design.

• Act as an internal consultant to partner and challenge the pillar sponsors and delivery leads bringing in external experience and insight to ensure quality of the end product.

• Oversight governance and change control around the definition of the individual op model pillar.

• Report on benefits delivered for individual op model pillar.

• Manage the transformation roadmap for the individual pillar within the integrated Operating Model Transformation roadmap

• Manage the delivery of the operating model roadmap at a pillar level.

• Coordinate preparation and execution of transformation update meetings.

• Ensure business readiness for the launch of new operating model initiatives. Define and deliver the appropriate elements including stakeholder management; stage gates and launch schedule; BAU governance for each initiative; and metrics.

• Chair regular meetings manage delivery on a day to day level.

How youll do it

• Strong capability in Supplier Management in Procurement gained through experience of setup of and/or operation of Supplier Management.

• High emotional intelligence and resilience.

• Stakeholder management ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Project and change management experience.

• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Skills and Experience

• Experience of managing business transformation programmes (especially procurement transformation) in a large and complex multinational business.

• Experience of delivering op model change in a large and complex multinational business.

• Specific experience of working in the Supplier Management domain is essential; experience of setting up Supplier Management as a discipline is desiable.

• Understanding and knowledge of other specific Procurement domains is a plus; category management sourcing risk management purchase to pay.

• Consulting experience is desirable.
