Job Title: Business Analyst (Techno-Functional)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Techno functional Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering documenting and analyzing business requirements as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs objectives and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements process flows use cases and user stories.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.
- Facilitate workshops meetings and interviews to elicit information from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Develop prototypes or mockups to visualize solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Assist in creating test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
- Provide support during the testing phase addressing any issues and ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers developers designers and other team members to ensure project success.
- Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to track their effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- SQL knowledge is desirable and considered as an added advantage.
- Experiencing working with SAAS products is plus like Ivalua/e2open/SNC/Ariba etc..
- Proficiency in documenting requirements using tools such as use cases user stories process flows and wireframes.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies frameworks and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of specific domain or industry trends relevant to the organization is beneficial.
- Demonstrate ownership of business requirements endtoend from discovery through implementation and postgolive validation
- Document ASIS and TOBE business processes and identify system data and control gaps
- Use data analysis (SQL reports extracts) to validate business problems quantify impact and support decisionmaking
- Work with integration reporting security and operations teams to ensure holistic solution design
- Ability to work in a dynamic highperforming environment demonstrating learning agility integrity and a teamfirst mindset.
