Our Engineering & Design team is looking for a Traffic & Transport Engineer to support the delivery of a wide range of development and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their technical capability while gaining exposure to project management and client-facing work.
Youll work closely with senior engineers and project leaders to deliver high-quality traffic and transport solutions contributing to project outcomes from analysis and design through to reporting and client engagement.
Specifically:
- Prepare technical reports assessments and supporting documentation
- Assist in the delivery of traffic and transport projects to meet timeframes and budgets
- Support the assessment of development applications against relevant standards and guidelines
- Coordinate traffic surveys and analyse data
- Liaise with clients stakeholders and internal teams
- Assist in preparing fee proposals and managing smaller projects
- Contribute to project administration and ongoing team development
Qualifications :
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in traffic and transport engineering (consulting or similar environment)
- Familiarity with SIDRA or similar traffic modelling tools
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage your time and contribute across multiple projects
- Keen to learn develop and grow within a collaborative team
