In the role of Business Banking Manager North Shore you will join a high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customersfocused empowered and committed to keeping things simple. Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Educate customers about their business options providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
- Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Identify new referral opportunities.
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
- Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
- Manage day to day compliance requirements.
Were looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
- A genuine passion for customer service and extensive customer facing experience.
- Strong financial acumen.
- A commitment to strong risk culture conduct and compliance risk.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team business partners and overall value chain by modelling NABs values and behaviours.
- Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
- Business Banking experience preferred.
