You will supervise a team of DSPs manage schedules and ensure our Day Program provides high-quality person-centered support that encourages and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)Assist with hiring training and scheduling staffHelp maintain a structured engaging day program environmentEnsure high-quality care and smooth daily operationsStep in to provide hands-on support when needed (meals meds personal care)Encourage independence and community participation for individuals servedLead by example through strong communication compassion and :High School Diploma or GED or 5 years of caregiving experience in place of educationMust be 18 with a valid drivers license vehicle registration and insuranceStrong communication and organizational skillsA compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by exampleStop just working a shift and start leading a program.
