Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Business Administration or other related field. Relevant experience on a year-to-year basis can substitute for specific degree requirement.
Three years experience and technical knowledge of information technology infrastructure and software development practices and techniques.
Three years experience gathering documenting and managing business and technical requirements for system implementation.
Three years experience collecting and analyzing data and software process evaluation and improvements.
Three years experience working both independently and as a member of a project team in the analysis design development and implementation of complex system implementation.
Three years experience assisting customers with development of business cases with application testing and implementation.
Three years experience in User Acceptance Testing methodologies and documentation.
Three years experience working with Early Intervention Information Technology systems.
Knowledge of access control patch management and compliance standards and regulatory and industry requirements (e.g. HIPAA ISO).
