Job Summary

Develop skills and serve as a Profit and Loss (P&L) leader acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and other Branch Leaders.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives
Participate in technical and business rotations
Analyze data and prepare actionable reports
Conduct research to support decision-making
Support branch projects and company-wide objectives
Attend workshops and professional development sessions
Assist in policy development and implementation
Manage special projects and prepare presentations
