ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Patient Care Technician (PCT) for a healthcare facility located in Bronx NY (Fulton St area). We are looking for compassionate reliable candidates with psychiatric experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details
Location: Bronx NY (Fulton St)
Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming feeding and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs intake/output and patient condition
Perform EKGs Phlebotomy and Specimen Collection as needed
Assist nurses with treatments and patient care procedures
Maintain a clean safe and organized patient environment
Provide emotional support to patients including those with behavioral health / psychiatric needs
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare team
Requirements
Active Patient Care Technician (PCT) Certification REQUIRED
Psych / Behavioral Health experience REQUIRED
BLS Certification (American Heart Association) REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED
Previous hospital rehab or psych facility experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
