Temporary Receptionist - Mishawaka IN
1st Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm
This opening with our client is a part-time as-needed opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to support their team by covering a multi-line switchboard one day per week. The schedule will be pre-planned with working hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm on assigned days.
This role is ideal for someone looking to stay active in the workplace on a limited schedule while working in a recently renovated professional corporate office environment.
Job Duties:
- Answering and directing incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Operating the switchboard efficiently to support a large team of professionals
- Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for callers
- Learning the companys phone system and call routing process quickly
- Filling in on pre-scheduled days to ensure consistent front office coverage

Requirements:
