As a Senior Consultant youll drive critical initiatives while working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced exciting environment. Youll support one or more work streams and multiple business teams. You will lead activities including gathering analyzing and documenting stakeholder requirements (developing process maps wireframes feature acceptance criteria and user stories) and collaborate closely with technical teams. Youll exercise your understanding of work streams and business processes to identify pain points and to help drive the successful implementation of requirements and processes while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
About you
- You have served in a consulting capacity to evaluate business systems processes project execution and technologyempowering business through robust technology improvements.
- You can quickly develop an in-depth understanding of business rules and processes to be able to optimize/streamline the workflows.
- You have strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall Agile Scrum) and the ability to work within each.
- You act effectively as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the solutions delivered adhere to the requirements and customer need.
- Youre comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior executives.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience at a management consulting firm operating as a business systems or technical analyst; gathering requirements writing user stories and test cases and conducting functional testing.
- Experience supporting Utilities/energy clients.
- Demonstrated ability to scale and improve business processes.
- Experience working and communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams.
- Proficiency in various PM tools such as Azure DevOps Jira etc.
- Undergraduate degree in business or technology.
- Ability to travel based on client and practice demands.

The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
