Position: IT Services - Intern
Location: Corporate Office Stevens Point WI
Starting Salary: $17.16 per hour

This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge applications support real-world implementations and grow your skills in a collaborative and innovative setting.
What youll do:
- Troubleshoot Skyward SMS 2.0 / Qmlativ database and server environments
- Provide basic network and remote support for customers via email phone and WebEx
- Assist internal IT with computer/network projects
- Learn and use Skywards internal Resource Management System (RMS)
- Support sales presentations proposals RFPs and internal projects
What youll need:
- Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year degree program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
