Job Summary
This role is part of the Distribution Center Management Team.
Operational Excellence
Drive Continuous Improvement: Youll be the engine behind warehouse operations constantly raising the bar for our service standards.
Master the Flow: Lead and optimize all Inbound and Outbound activities from stock replenishment to order-filling and shipping.
Budget & Innovation: Take full ownership of the operational budget and pitch innovative solutions KPI improvements and top-tier security programs to senior management.
Safety First: Actively champion our Zero Work Accident policy to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Strategic Oversight: Supervise external warehouses (where applicable) to ensure seamless integration.
Customer & Partner Success
Deliver Excellence: Boost productivity and inventory accuracy to provide an outstanding experience for both internal and external customers.
Build Strong Alliances: Create lasting partnerships with business partners subcontractors and temporary agencies to ensure we always have the right talent at the right time.
World-Class Team Management
Be a Coach Develop a close manager-coach relationship with your team providing the support and motivation they need to excel every day.
Nurture Talent: Lead the MYDEVELOPMENT reviews and take charge of the onboarding process for new colleagues.
Build the Pipeline: Focus on developing a skilled motivated organization with a clear eye on future leaders.
Share the Knowledge: Promote best-practice sharing across departments to maintain a professional and highly efficient team.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Strategic Vision: You dont just manage the now; you look ahead. You have experience implementing long-term operational strategies and scaling logistics networks.
Financial Acumen: You are comfortable managing large operational budgets (P&L) identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
