Job Summary
- Leading/participation to cross functional projects and apply practical project management principles with limited supervision (e.g S-CIP)
- Technical & Financial feasability (e.g Investments Cost Saving/Avoidance Projects)
- Plant wide coordination in specific operational area (e.g IE Review Efficiency Follow-Up Vt Update Processes etc.)
- Definition of improvement actions based on ergocheck results
- Definition of Vt time by using MTM Analysis for complex processes
- Driving line balancing activities
- Design/Propose process flows/solutions prepare technical documentation for technical implementation with teams/suppliers and review/coordinate process flow (e.g CAPP-SAP communication Vt Update Systematic Efficiency Follow-up Systematic MAE Ordering & Acceptance Process)
- Moderating PGL Workshops for respective PGL elements
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of MTM
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong cooperation communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills
