Job Summary
- Perform CFD simulations to analyze fluid flow and thermal performance of components and systems using Ansys Fluent.
- Prepare and clean CAD geometry for simulation (meshing).
- Analyze simulation results draw conclusions and prepare clear and concise technical reports.
- Support pre-development activities by researching and implementing new CFD methodologies.
- Provide support for injection molding simulations (e.g. Moldflow) to optimize plastic part design and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with design and test engineers to validate simulation models and provide design recommendations.
- Create Phyton Scripts for simulation tools
- Assist the team with day-to-day simulation tasks and project documentation.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors (3rd or 4th year) or Masters degree in Mechanical Aerospace or a related engineering field. (MSc Pref)
- Strong academic background in Fluid Mechanics Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer.
- Hands-on experience with Ansys Fluent or a similar CFD softwares
- Minimum 3 full days attendance is required during school period
