- Lead and support the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve Total Customer Satisfaction
- Drive revenue initiatives while maintaining strong cost control
- Build strong relationships with VIP and returning guests
- Supervise coordinate and plan daily team operations
- Ensure all team members are trained to meet brand and operational standards
- Handle guest feedback challenges and escalations professionally
- Act as part of the first response emergency team
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in F&B offerings and service delivery
- Maintain high standards of food safety hygiene and presentation
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role
(or an experienced F&B Supervisor ready to step up) - Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent attention to detail and professional grooming standards
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Valid RSA
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia
