Job Summary
- Ensure the high availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms.
- Manage the platform lifecycle including defining and executing controlled upgrade plans for Jira Confluence and associated plugins.
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and maintain a low number of major incidents through proactive monitoring.
- Test and validate all updates while ensuring seamless plugin compatibility (e.g. Exalate).
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage core technical components including Linux servers databases storage Data Center clusters and load balancers.
- Provide deep technical expertise on Atlassian tools and their integration with third-party applications like ServiceNow Splunk and other Atlassian instances.
- Enforce Atlassian administration best practices and participate actively in configuration governance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications :
- Senior: 5 years of experience administering Atlassian solutions (Jira and Confluence)
- 3 years of experience with Atlassian Data Center
- Troubleshoot system issues investigate and recommend permanent solutions and workarounds
- Technical expertise in Atlassian Data Center infrastructure
