Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for investment entities including journal entries reconciliations and adjustments.
Track and account for investment transactions valuations and related income/expenses.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g. IFRS US GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements for subsidiaries.
Handle end-to-end accounting for smaller-sized entities including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger management.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for smaller entities.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and reporting processes for greater efficiency.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA ACCA) is preferred.
3-6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting accounting or audit preferably with exposure to investment entities or financial services.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. IFRS US GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Experience with full-set accounting and handling smaller entities is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
