INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LiteWorks Window & Door specializes in the distribution and retail sales of Label Line windows and doors for high-end residential and commercial projects in Metro Atlanta and the surrounding area.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building relationships over the phone and email and is driven to close sales and support customers from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads via phone email and online inquiries
- Generate new business through outbound calls follow-ups and prospecting efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors designers architects and homeowners
- Prepare and deliver quotes proposals and product recommendations
- Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities to close business
- Coordinate with outside sales reps vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing
- Maintain CRM records track sales activity and manage customer data
- Provide product knowledge technical information and solutions to customers
- Assist with order entry tracking and customer communication throughout the sales cycle
- Support customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (phone email and written)
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Positive team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of building materials or construction industry is a plus
