Identify trends and assist in the management of incidents problems and changes in support of full stack technology systems applications or infrastructure
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Payments card scheme or fintech support
Proficiency in alerting monitoring and incident management tools such as SNOW Remedy Netcool or Tivoli.
