Ready to be the technical heartbeat of an AI-powered learning revolution As our Technical Team Lead you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on code guiding our Marketplace engineering teams through the most complex challenges in the industry supporting the Engineering Manager. You arent just shipping features; you are architecting the future of human potential and mentoring the next generation of tech titans.

The Day-to-Day

• Lead the Charge: Tackle and resolve high-stakes technical issues by applying your advanced problem-solving toolkit to identify the most effective path forward.

• Architect the Future: Design and deploy innovative full-stack solutions that address intricate challenges while staying perfectly synced with our company-wide goals.

• Ignite Growth: Serve as a dedicated mentor and coach fostering a culture of professional excellence and ensuring every team members work hits the high bar for quality.

• Bridge the Gaps: Partner closely with Product Management and Testing teams to ensure seamless integration across disciplines and flawless project execution.

• Command the Room: Step in as a technical advisor (and occasional backup for the Engineering Manager) to ensure our technical direction is rock-solid and industry-leading.

• Evolve the Engine: Evaluate and adapt complex models and procedures driving the continuous improvement of our internal policies and technical operations.

• Guard the Standard: Work alongside architects to ensure every technical decision aligns with our wider vision and high-performance architectural standards.
  

Your Superpowers

• Battle-Tested Experience: 6 years of deep-dive software development experience with a heavy-hitting track record in both backend and frontend technologies.

• Polyglot Prowess: Command and Angular. Experience with any programming language or FE/BE framework is also valued but you are willing to work with Node and Angular

• Empathetic Leadership: History of guiding and mentoring technical teams while delivering innovative solutions that move the needle.

• Process Perfectionist: An expert understanding of CI/CD lifecycles Agile principles and industry best practices that keep a development team humming.

• Cloud Commander: Practical experience building and scaling Serverless architectures on major cloud platforms.

• Decisive Judgment: Exceptional decision-making skills that allow you to select the right methods and procedures to achieve game-changing results.
