About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to contribute as an active member of the maintenance team delivering high-quality turf management and course presentation.

Reporting directly to the Superintendent and Assistants some of your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting course setup for competitions and daily play
• Participating in overtime and weekend roster as required
• Operating and maintaining turf machinery and equipment
• Preparing and maintaining playing surfaces to a high standard
• Assisting with irrigation pest weed and disease management
• Carrying out general greenkeeping and course maintenance duties
• Contributing to a safe efficient and well-presented work environment

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Current drivers licence
• Full working rights in Australia
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic
• Availability to work a rotating weekend roster
• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (essential)
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset and willingness to get stuck in

Highly desirable:

• Previous golf course experience
