Job Summary
- KX News is searching for a Full-time Lifestyle Show Host and Producer. Join our Awesome Studio 701 bringing fun creative and interactive stories to our communities. Produce content both on-air and behind the scenes.
Produce daily on camera contributions to a daily television show. Assisting Producer with writing show segments. Interviewing show guests/clients both in studio and on location. Collecting information video or photos at remote locations for post-production. Greeting and assisting guests during show preparations. Researching show topics and developing questions for quests in coordination with the producer. Participating in events sponsored or to promote the show. Maintaining a show social media account and assist with all online content.
Requirements and Skills
- Fluency in English
Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to ad lib when required
- Ability to meet deadlines prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
