WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- This person will be a succession plan to the Director of HR!
- Provide HR support to leaders in a multi-site environment which includes partnering with cross-functional teams.
- You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.
- Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with business groups
- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelors degree in business human resources or related degree
- 5 years of previous success as a Human Resources leader within a manufacturing environment
- Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and properly handle competing priorities
- Knowledge of HR compliance employment laws labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Willingness and ability to understand the operational and financial functions of the business
- Travel as necessary
- Ability to use computer applications including spreadsheets word processing HR databases and email
