Job Title: Ultrasound Technician (OB/GYN Sonographer)
Location: Canton GA 30115
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Employment Type: Travel (Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius)

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced OB/GYN Ultrasound Technician to support a busy outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in womens health imaging and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of OB/GYN ultrasound procedures including:
- Anatomy scans
- Dating scans
- Nuchal Translucency (NT)
- Biophysical Profiles (BPPs)
Prepare and position patients ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures
Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
Accurately document findings and maintain patient records
Collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical staff to support diagnosis and care
Follow established clinical protocols and safety standards
Maintain and ensure proper functioning of ultrasound equipment

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in outpatient OB/GYN ultrasound
ARDMS certification in OB/GYN
Strong expertise in fetal anatomy dating NT and BPP procedures
Ability to work independently in a high-volume fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel assignment experience
Experience in high-volume OB/GYN clinic environments
