General Description
We are seeking a Client Relations and Development Analyst to join our team. The Client Relations and Development Analyst will support the Client Relations Manager in driving new business and strengthening client relationships. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategic planning processes to successfully execute business development strategies for the Client Relation and Opportunities (CRO) team. This client-facing role is responsible for supporting and leading initiatives aimed at increasing firm revenue and expanding client and referral relationships through essential new business opportunities that align with CMAS objectives in the region/area determined by Management. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who collaborates with various partners and professionals to enhance client relations that help generate business.
Additionally as part of the CRO team the analyst will help manage events coordinate essential projects (e.g. core industry conferences such as ACG AM&AA and iGlobal) for the Corporate M&A and Securities (CMAS) section prepare and schedule conference meetings and materials and assist with both internal and external client outreach. The position blends analytical rigor with strong interpersonal skills to ensure exceptional client experience and long-term relationship success.

This position may be filled in accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws the pay range for this position in these locations is 102000.00 - 152000.00 per year.
