OVERVIEW
ISS STOXX is hiring! We are looking for a motivated detailoriented professional to support our Sales Commission Team as a Commission this role you will assist with the processing validation and maintenance of commission-related data to ensure accuracy and timely payouts. The ideal candidate is analytical organized and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with monthly commission calculations in alignment with ISS Stoxx compensation plans ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain organized records of commission earnings adjustments payouts and supporting documentation.
Support the creation and refinement of compensation incentive plans as business needs evolve.
Prepare and deliver basic reports and analytics for management and internal stakeholders.
Respond to commission-related inquiries by gathering information and helping resolve issues.
Collect validate and review data from multiple sources; assist with uploads to the sales compensation system.
Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with team members on shared tasks and support broader team goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Training & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field (required).
At least 3 years of experience working in commission or incentive compensation roles; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English both written and verbal.
Work Location & Schedule:
Amenable working at Ayala North Exchange Makati on a hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days work onsite per week)
Amenable working on a graveyard shift schedule (10PM to 7AM Manila time)
