The hourly rate for this role is 13.56 and up to 15.59 across selected locations within London.

Were looking for a Wellness Specialist to join our team in our brand-new beautyonly store in Bristol. Youll champion wellbeing at every touchpoint helping customers discover routines and products that nurture both their lifestyle and their confidence.
On the shop floor youll create empowering personalised experiences offering expert wellness advice understanding individual needs and recommending beautyaligned solutions that fit into holistic selfcare practices. From boosting everyday wellbeing to helping customers feel more balanced confident and informed youll play a key role in their journey.

About the role
- Reporting to the Assistant Manager youll support all wellness brands offering expert unbiased advice to ensure customers receive the best experience every time.
- Youll use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic wellness solutions and products including our instore and online services referring to specialists where needed.
- This is a handson peoplefocused roleyoull use your sales and communication skills every day to connect with customers and support their unique wellness needs.
- This is a sales-based role but success is shared as a teamtheres no competitive performancebased commission here.
- We take pride in our stores so youll help keep shelves stocked tidy and looking their best throughout the day.

- Experience working towards sales targets
- Experience in a beauty retail or wellness setting
