Swindon or Stockton Hybrid Working Options

Band B: 25000

We are a friendly team of administrators team leaders and subject matter experts united by a passion for delivering highquality services. Our work is varied including setting up employment records for new starters creating contracts managing screening requests and overseeing the end-to-end onboarding journey to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees

To thrive in this role you will need:

- A customerfocused approach and passion for delivering highquality service

- Strong accuracy and attention to detail when using IT systems

- The ability to spot errors and solve problems

- Confidence working in a busy environment with multiple deadlines

- Proactivity and good judgement including knowing when to seek support

What we offer:

- Flexible and hybrid working options

- A 37hour fulltime week (with parttime options available)

- Start and finish times between 9am6pm

- Office time once or twice a week with flexibility
