We are recruiting for a Commercial Activations Lead who will play a pivotal role in strengthening how we engage with customers across the UK & Ireland based from our Maidenhead office with c.25% travel across the region. This is a unique opportunity to shape the way we bring our commercial strategy to life - ensuring our field teams are equipped aligned and empowered to deliver meaningful consistent and relevant engagements across every channel.

What youll do:

  • As Commercial Activations Lead you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in execution of brand strategy and highimpact commercial initiatives that maximise sales performance strengthen market presence and support longterm growth.
  • You will translate strategy into execution plans by shaping activation plans coordinate crossfunctional inputs and ensure key success factors are achieved.
  • Act as a key connector between Sales Marketing Market Access and crossfunctional teams.
  • Lead the endtoend translation of brand access and account strategies into locally relevant activation plans ensuring flawless crossfunctional execution across Sales Marketing Medical and Market Access.
  • Equip field teams with compliant highquality materials and training.
  • Drive effective sales team-led and digital engagement by leveraging Pitcher CLM insights omnichannel analytics and customer feedback to optimise targeting and channel performance.
  • Plan coordinate and deliver exceptional execution of external events end-to-end overseeing logistics administration vendor management budget control and post-event maximisation.
  • Manage compliance documentation and approval workflows ensuring timely auditready governance through Veeva PromoMats and other Abbott-owned systems.

What youll need:

  • Educated to degree level with some marketing experience.
  • Professional marketing and/or business management qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare landscape.
  • Excellent organisation planning and project management ability.
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Dynamic proactive business and results-focused.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills with ability to make sound commercial decisions.
  • Veeva PromoMats material approval system experience (ideal but not essential).
  • Creative resilient and agile individual with a can-do attitude that can respond to changing environments and use their initiative to deliver results.
  • Team player capable of motivating and influencing others.
