The Role
Were looking for an intermediate art director who can think conceptually and execute beautifully. Youll partner closely with copywriters and collaborate across disciplines to develop standout creative work.
Youre someone who cares as much about the idea as the craftand knows how to bring both to life.
What Youll Do
Develop and execute creative concepts across multiple channels
Work in a creative team (primarily with a copywriter) to produce integrated campaigns
Translate ideas into compelling visual solutions from initial concept through to production
Collaborate with designers motion artists and production partners
Contribute to presentations and articulate visual thinking clearly
Stay on top of design trends tools and emerging creative formats
What Were Looking For
2 - 3 years experience in an agency or design-led environment
A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and visual craft
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite Figma etc.)
Strong understanding of layout typography and visual storytelling
Ability to take direction while also bringing your own ideas to the table
A collaborative and proactive attitude
Bonus Points
Experience with film motion or content creation
Understanding of digital-first and social-led campaigns
Interest in photography illustration or emerging visual mediums
