What Youll Be Doing

• Develop and implement environment strategies to support program delivery.
• Ensure compliance with existing organisational standards.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance activities to ensure stability security and consistency.
• Partner closely with development testing DevSecOps and operations teams.
• Proactively identify and address environment-related issues.
• Shape DevSecOps and SRE standards processes and best practices.
• Coach mentor and support capability uplift across technical teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years experience in environment management or a similar role within largescale transformation programs.
• Deep experience working in Agile and Scaled Agile environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through change and uplifting technical capability.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Proven ability to define and enforce environment standards and governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to guide mentor and develop technical professionals.
• Curious adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
