What you will be doing
The Partner Success Manager is responsible for owning and improving the day-to-day experience of wholesale partners. The role exists to ensure partners can do business with us easily confidently and repeatedly. This is a commercially aware coordination role that sits between sales provisioning delivery and support. The focus is on momentum clarity and execution reducing friction for partners while protecting internal teams from unnecessary escalation and rework. This role carries a channel sales quota by driving channel partner growth. Additionally success is measured by partner retention delivery outcomes and the overall quality of partner engagement.
