Unlike traditional agencies we operate as anend-to-end TikTok partner owning execution across:
- TikTok Shop setup & operations
- Creator/affiliate management
- Campaign execution
- Performance optimization
The team operates inpod structures where each Account Manager is supported by:
- TikTok Shop Operations Specialists (technical/backend)
- Creator/Affiliate Specialists (growth/marketing)
Due to rapid client growth in Q1 we are expanding itsTikTok Shop Operations teamto support increasing demand.
Why This Role Exists
We are currently experiencing acapacity gap:
- 7 existing TikTok Shop Ops team members
- 3 Account Managers currently under-supported
- Need to hire3 additional specialists immediately
The biggest challenge so far:
Most candidates are strong inaffiliate/creator campaigns but lack thetechnical/backend TikTok Shop expertiserequired for this role.
This position isNOT a marketing role.
It is atechnical operations role focused on infrastructure setup and troubleshooting.
Core Responsibilities
This role is focused on thebackend operations and technical management of TikTok Shop accountsfor multiple client brands.
1. TikTok Shop Setup & Configuration
- Build and launch TikTok Shop accounts for new client brands
- Configure product listings SKUs pricing and catalog structures
- Ensure proper integrations with eCommerce systems where applicable
2. Backend Operations & Maintenance
- Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop functionality
- Monitor product listings inventory syncing and order flows
- Ensure all systems are running smoothly across accounts
3. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve TikTok Shop errors bugs and operational issues
- Handle account flags product disapprovals and listing issues
- Work directly within TikTok Shop backend tools to fix problems quickly
4. Campaign Support (Operational)
- Assist in setting up campaigns from an operational standpoint
- Ensure backend readiness for affiliate/creator campaigns
- Support campaign execution from a systems/process perspective
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Account Managers
- Creator/Affiliate Teams
- Act as thetechnical backboneof each client pod
What Success Looks Like
- TikTok Shops arefully set up error-free and scalable
- Minimal downtime or operational issues across accounts
- Fast resolution of backend problems
- Account Managers are fully supported operationally
- Systems run smoothly without constant oversight
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have Experience
- Direct hands-on experience withTikTok Shop backend
- Proven experience with:
- Shop setup
- Product listings
- Catalog management
- Troubleshooting platform issues
- Strong understanding ofTikTok Shop operations (not just marketing)
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to affiliate/creator campaign workflows
- eCommerce experience (Shopify etc.)
- Experience supporting multiple brands/accounts
What This Role Is NOT

- A content creator role
- A TikTok growth/strategy role
- An influencer/affiliate manager role
Candidates who are primarily:
- UGC creators
- Influencer managers
- Campaign strategists
Willnotbe a fit unless they also have strong backend ops experience.
