Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Oversees Client Delivery across the enterprise.
Engages with Sales & Sales Excellence Marketing & Communications Engineering & Product Development and other leaders to establish overall Client Delivery direction and ensure processes are in place for effective and efficient service delivery.
Works cross-functionally to build a matrixed support structure and ensure provision of integrated services to meet complex client needs.
Serves as subject matter expert for programs systems and technologies within Unisys and for key external clients and stakeholders.
Leverages strong relationships with engineering product marketing sales etc. to ensure information sharing and collaboration.
Monitors the competition and industry for trends / changes in how client support is provided adapting and applying as appropriate within the company.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 10-15 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Graduate degree preferred
6-8 years leadership experience
