A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SHOPGOODWILL LEAD
Generate revenue for the agency by supporting the processes of the ShopGoodwill Department ensuring its standards and efficiency. Assist eCommerce and Special Projects Manager in achieving established performance objectives including production quality of listings timely and professional handling of customer service issues. Ensure high leave of customer satisfaction and preserving productive relationships with both internal and external customers. Sort through items and use ShopGoodwill website as well as other resources to identify higher value merchandise while assisting other staff with research item identification and salability. This position is Full time/37.5 to 40 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SHOPGOODWILL LEAD
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- Computer knowledge including internet and uploading to online marketplaces
- Knowledge of fine jewelry collectibles and antiques a plus
- High school diploma
