Job Summary
Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our clients logistics challenges.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the production safety and efficiency of all operations. Other responsibilities include supervision of workers and ensuring that shipping. and receiving is carried out efficiently and profitably.
This role will be based in Copenhapen. Applicants must be a resident and hold a valid work permit.
Essential Job Functions
- Participates in the recruitment of potential employees.
- Ensures planning direction scheduling and assignment of jobs for operational staff.
- Manages department performance through coaching mentoring and motivation.

ensure better efficiency and cohesion. - Oversees cost control measures to strengthen gross profit and contribution.
- Maintains operational reliability of equipment through a third-party
vendor and safeguards company assets. - Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- 5 or more years of experience in Logistics Supply Chain Operations Experience.
- 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience
Certifications & Licenses
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
