How You Will Make an Impact:

Ensure timely Account Receivables monitoring application and follow up with customers
Responsible for the daily tasks within the program
Monitoring the program process
Trainprograms stakeholders on GSCFs services and systems
Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with theclient
Ensure agreements (statement of works changes requests authorization matrix function & notification matrixes) are implemented andmonitored
Ensure agreements and all program relevant manuals are updatedregularly
Timely reporting/escalating of risks exceptions incidents opportunities to thesuperior
User acceptance testing of the new features to be released toproduction
Develop andkeepprofessional relationshipswith businesspartners
Adhere to company &Program Operationspolicies
Contribute tokeepinga positive transparentopenand creative thinking workingenvironment
When requiredparticipateintasks/projects which are notdirectly relatedto this functionor enhancingProgramOperations

What You Bring to the Team:

Fluent English and Spanish
Work experience: minimum of 2 years in backoffice operations client relationship management and accounts receivable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of financial mathematics
Bachelors degree in Administration Economics International Relations or related areas
Organized proactive selfmanaged and strong criticalthinking skills
