Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with
1 3 years of experience to join our automotive this role you
will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical
teams translating complex data and market requirements into
actionable business solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing
processes supporting vehicle program launches and leveraging data
to drive decision-making in areas such as manufacturing supply
chain or connected vehicle services.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with stakeholders to
elicit analyze and document business requirements. Create
detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional
Specifications and User Stories.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract and analyze data from
various automotive systems to identify trends bottlenecks
and opportunities for cost reduction or efficiency gains.
Process Mapping: Document As-Is and To-Be business
processes using BPMN or similar methodologies to streamline
automotive manufacturing or corporate workflows.
Project Lifecycle Support: Support the end-to-end Project
Management Lifecycle (PMLC) ensuring that project
milestones are met and that delivered solutions align with the
original business intent.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact
for cross-functional teams including Engineering Finance IT
and Supply Chain.
UAT Coordination: Organize and lead User Acceptance Testing
(UAT) defining test scenarios and ensuring that software or
process updates meet quality standards before deployment.
Market Research: Stay abreast of automotive industry trends
to provide context for business recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering
Data Analytics or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with
multiple small to Medium-scale technical initiatives
concurrently
Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and
Waterfall methodologies.
Communication: Proven ability to translate technical jargon
into business speak for executive leadership.
Problem Solving: A logical approach to troubleshooting and the
ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced
environment..
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the
ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
High degree of adaptability with the ability to manage
ambiguity and respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
Experience with Jira Confluence or Microsoft Visio.
Familiarity with automotive standards (e.g. IATF 16949) or
vehicle development cycles is a plus.
