A Day in the Life:
At Thermo Fisher Scientific were seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to contribute to commercial excellence within the Transplant Diagnostics Division. Youll contribute to optimizing sales effectiveness through data-driven insights process improvements and strategic support of our commercial this collaborative environment youll analyze complex data sets manage sales compensation programs and develop actionable insights to drive business growth. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional development while making meaningful contributions to world-class scientific solutions.

Location: Fishers Indiana.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelors Degree required advanced degree preferred.
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business Finance Economics Computer Science Engineering or related field.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in sales operations business analytics or related field.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Advanced certifications in relevant areas (e.g. Salesforce data analytics) are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems particularly .
  • Advanced skills in Excel PowerBI SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Expert knowledge of sales compensation processes and incentive plan design.
  • Experience with Xactly Incent or similar ICM systems.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Experience presenting to and partnering with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in creating executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in life sciences healthcare or related industries preferred.
  • Travel up to 10-15% may be required.
  • English proficiency required; additional languages beneficial for international roles
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stateswithoutsponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check whichincludes a drug screening.
