This role is Hybrid which requires being in our San Francisco office 3 days a week- Monday Tuesday and Thursday.

About You

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science Computer Science Data Engineering or a related field.
  • Completed coursework in ML/AI concepts and are eager to apply what youve learned to help build evaluate and improve AI-driven products.
  • Working knowledge of SQL including writing queries that join multiple tables and perform aggregations.
  • Experience using Python for end-to-end data analysis applying statistical thinking performing aggregations with tools like Pandas and NumPy and translating results into clear visualizations and narratives.
  • Basic understanding of programming fundamentals including functions data structures and introductory object-oriented concepts in Python.
  • Interest in learning how to build maintainable and reliable data workflows with guidance from senior team members.
  • Curiosity about how data products are built end-to-end from problem definition to delivering analysis or code.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly ask thoughtful questions and incorporate feedback.

  • Contribute to the measurement analysis and evolution of AI-powered products at Doximity.
  • Collaborate with data analysts data engineers and developers to help design implement and evaluate LLM-based approaches that inform future product iterations.
  • Work with real production datasets to support data analysis pipelines and dashboards used across the business.
  • Learn and apply best practices for writing clean maintainable and well-tested data code.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to modern data tooling distributed data processing and ML/AI workflows.
  • Participate in projects end-to-end from problem definition through delivery with mentorship and support from the team.

Timeline
