What You Will Get To Do:

Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Primary contact for Clients requests related to Eclipse.

• Manage several concurrent client facing requests across our global client base.

• Effectively troubleshoot client requests analyze problems and update to internal and external stakeholders.

• Flexible working in shifts and early morning APAC shifts.

• Engage with R&D teams for process improvement and streamline workflows.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in a Financial Services or Investment Technology setting specific to Trading Operations and Accounting in a client facing role.

• Experience with accounting and trading system implementations and configuration.

• Proven track record of managing client expectations requests and timelines.

• 2 years experience in financial or technology setting.

• Working knowledge on trading FIX protocol SQL / Python beneficial.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel beneficial.

• Prior exposure implementing and onboarding clients ideally onto similar or equivalent systems.

• Proficient in English Cantonese Mandarin beneficial.
