Youare responsible forensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance budget and timeline development build quality testing and operational readiness and the completed projects readiness to go live.

How you will contribute

You will:

Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools

Identify assess and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed

Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings

Lead budget management resource planning and utilization

Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live

Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

What you need to know about this position:

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Bring Local cross-functional stakeholders together to align on programs Scope & Milestones (including potential T&L and other extraordinary activities)
  • Clarify role & responsibilities across Functions
  • Integrate work streams into a single schedule with clear milestones
  • Construct a decision tree for critical decisions (e.g. package design product design Capex investment etc.)
  • Create a drumbeat of meetings with key stakeholders to confirm progress resolve gaps/misalignments obtain decisions and closures. Leverage Sponsor as needed.
  • Coordinate communication of project status to senior stakeholders. Leverage Sponsor as needed.
  • Enable scaled decisions (e.g. supply chain) leveraging existing forums
  • Continue to coordinate network and timelines across different categories.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering Operations Project management or related field required.

Project Management Certification required PMP or equivalent international certification.

Job specific requirements:

  • 8-10 years of progressive project management experience including management of global or multi-region initiatives.
  • Proven success leading complex cross functional projects in a matrixed organization
  • High proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Additional global or cross-cultural project management training preferred.

10% travel

Work schedule:

Onsite role based in East Hanover NJ.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $140300 to $192940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance wellness and family support programs life and disability insurance retirement savings plans paid leave programs education related programs paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
